Join us on Tuesday 23rd of June for our next BBQ and General Meeting. Our speaker will be Nyssa Johnson, talking about the value and splendour of Moths.
Nyssa is a retired Entomolgist, moth enthusiast and site coordinator for the Wetland Warriors (Archerfield Wetlands Bushcare). The presentation will provide an overview of moths, largely from South East Queensland, and will highlight some of the important contributions that they make to our ecosystem.
Before the talk, OCCA will be hosting a BBQ for all volunteers and members on the office deck from 5 pm.
