Oxley Creek Landholder Engagement Program (Logan)

Do you have a weed problem on your property?

Are you interested in receiving expert advice and support to help manage them?

Continuing our successful weed management program started in 2018, The Oxley Creek Catchment Association (OCCA) is partnering with Logan City Council (LCC) to provide free ongoing weed management support for landholders on Oxley Creek and its tributaries within the Logan City Council region.

OCCA will work with successful applicants to provide:

  • one day of on-ground weed maintenance work, including the opportunity to work side by side with our experts
  • weed management plan, customised to your property
  • resources and advice over a 12-month period
  • 40 free trees will be supplied to all participants over a two year period

This initiative is part of a wider plan to build the capacity of landholders to restore valuable wildlife habitat and biodiversity in the region.
