The Peaks to Points Festival, proudly supported by the Brisbane City Council, brings the community together to celebrate the diverse ecosystems of greater Brisbane’s southern region through a program of interactive, informative and fun-filled events. Held over two weeks from Saturday 16 July to Sunday 31 July 2016, Peaks to Points shines a spotlight on the community’s efforts to care for our creek catchments and natural areas on the south side of Brisbane. The event culminates with Festival Family Day presented by Brisbane MarketPlace on Sunday 31 July at the Oxley Creek Common from 10am to 4pm. A highlight of the fortnight, the day will feature children’s theatre, live music, dancers, street performers, activities, workshops, stall and displays.
