A Development Application has been lodged by Brisbane Boys College for the construction of sporting fields at the site of the Corinda Golf Course at the corner of Cliveden Avenue and Oxley Road. The plan can be viewed from the Brisbane City Council Website or at the OCCA Resource Centre
The proposed master plan includes the following sporting and recreational facilities:
- Cricket nets
- Multi-use oval for AFL, rugby, cricket and Hockey
- Soccer and rugby fields
- Tennis, basketball (indoor and outdoor), netball and multi-use courts
- A multi-use field
- Grandstand with gym and change rooms, kiosk, multipurpose room and maintennance shed
- Boat shed/ storage
- Educational trail and outdoor education rooms
- A plant nursery
- The site will also incorporate a medical centre, pool/hydrotherapy centre and gym facillities
